Question on the Snoopy Sports game (or as I've started to call it, the "Snoop Dog Stinker" )

"Play until Game Over or until all events are cleared"

The game lets you play the events up to three times each, depending on your score. Can we play all three loops or do we stop after one?

I'd think you would play all 3 loops.

Not a official score I died at around 400k but still cool. I beat Super Mario 3 with every possible board completed encluding not getting the whistle in the lvl oen castle. Iwas up playing until 3am.

Also got over 30 of those N cards that appear and about 10 white mushroom houses. No coin ship though

Look at this score 1,411,140 NOT OFFICIAL

Nice score Andy, even though it's not your official one. Man, watching you play this game the last few days really makes me want to fire it up this weekend and geek out on it like I did when I was 8 (or 9?).

I really have been enjoying this game myself. I hope I can break the 1 million mark with no death.

Just got me best score in Double Dragon 2, and beat the game. This was my 3rd time ever finishing this one. Beat it having only 1 death, by the last boss (the punk cheaped me with 2 spinning jump attacks in a row). Played the game twice this early afternoon, first time, suck ass, but second was the winner, and got a really awesome score, but if I could play it better my score would have been much higher than this I'm sure. Glad I got this one beat. Now, time to move on back to Ninja Gaiden 2.

137650

Darnit. Just tried to beat the game again and my score. Score started out so much higher in the early stages of the game, but I started to mess up on my timing for the special attacks and got clobbered. I made it to the last boss with no lives left, almost beat him though, but he got me with his spinning jump when I failed to pull off a move against him. Score was 37,080, not bad but short of my best. Okay, guess that's it. I know I could pull off better if I kept trying but with 3 games to play I don't have much time, gotta move on.

---

Okay, here's my first attempt at Kickle Cubicle. Not so good. I have a hard time paying attention to so many little creatures randomly walking about. Killed that raccoon critter, forgot about him returning and while bouncing ice blocks, because I was watching out for those, mr. raccoon snuck up on me. I should have made it a lot further, but don't really care enough to try again, yet.

1781600

Okay, first score in for Ninja Gaiden 2. First death by Basaquer clone. Didn't have enough health going into this stage. Anyway, this game should be an easy one to max out, or get close to maxing the score just through normal gameplaying, if I can get through without dying. I think I can. But I'm not going to drive myself insane over it. I played better when I was doing a sword only quest earlier this year, but that won't get me enough points so I have to deal with accidently getting a shadow or two and then being stuck with them until my death. But it seems the more I have the sloppier I play.

648200

See upated higher score in next post.

FYI anyone that has to play Double Dragon II... When you beat the final boss, pause it quick, your score disappears.. That being said, I must be missing something. Ive gone through it and beat it mashing and Ive beat it where 90+% of my kills were with shotgun knees and I'm still not getting any higher points than around 90k... Is there a scoring trick Im missing out on? I even make sure noone flies out the window in the helicopter..

Eh, I may be causing my own doom with this, digging my own grave, throwing myself out of the contest too early, but I can't help meself, I hate when not everyone is on equal grounds, afterall what fun is it if the competition provides none or little challenge. Not to say you suck, I just like things to be fair all around, afterall you'll probably whoop my ass as Kickle without even melting the ice.

Clue: yes, use power hits such as shotgun knee, super uppercut, and cyclone kick, but pick the weakest of the three, they all provide the same amount of points but with some you get to hit enemies more. Shotgun knee is awesome, but way too powerful. Cyclone kick is the best for points, but my problem, I have a real hard time pressing both buttons simultaneously so I tend to favor the uppercut move. Shotgun knee is a great finishing move though, once you know the enemy can't take any more abuse. Have fun! Hope to see you pass the hundred thousand mark soon.

Also, as with the helicopter, don't knock enemies off ledges. And attacking with weapons also doesn't yield any points.

Oh, yes, I thank you on mentioning the score disappearing thing, I forgot to. I had beat it, paused, took a picture, started game again, no high score. Yet, if you get a high score and don't beat the game it shows up, stupid programmers, guess they must've thought that after you finally beat the game you wouldn't care to see your high score.

---

Okay, new higher score for Ninja Gaiden 2. Actually beat the game with 1 death--darn crazy demon wall boss. After that single death, broke down that wall, unleashed the true demon, took it down to one hit point, logged my score 894600, then hacked its head off. Score rolled over (I didn't even get a chance to see exactly what it stopped at, had the camera to my eye and took a picture of the sword of chaos in the cutscene, oops, too slow), and being unable to pause, you better be quick because the instant those points tally up, ending cutscenes start and no chance to capture your score after that. Anyway, here's my score upon my 1st death:

784400

I agree with you.

Battletoads : 1 of the hardest and coolest games on the nes.

Abadox : I love shooters. memorize the levels and keep your power ups.

Q-Bert : Brings me back to my atari days.

Man this is fun to watch. There are several places in Battletoads where you can get a 1-up, die and start before the 1-up again. I would make it 1 life only.

New scores for Life Force and Kung Fu:

Life Force: 103,730
Kung Fu: 817,170

Had to use my dreamcast for Life Force since I don't have it, and my Wii is, for whatever reason, broken and won't turn on. I have a NES controller wired into my DC controller for maximum NES-ness.
