CIB, includes sleeve and styro block. Actually includes 2 manuals. One is the original run, the other larger manual is a reprint provided by GreetingCarts. Has been stored on a shelf since receiving. Game has been played to completion once and must say it's quite enjoyable. There is some really slight peeling of the top label (will snap a pic later on and add it to the photobucket album) that has been there since the day I received it. No major defects.
LOT #2: Blow em Out #81 / 100 (81's my birth year, yo!)

Complete. Game is in great condition, and is CIB. The included Gamecube adapter and controller are brand new and have never been used even once. Everything but the game has been stored in the original large cardboard box since day 1. There is some really light wear on the box, and I'm almost certain some of it has to do with dust so may be able to be cleaned up. I have not attempted this myself as I don't want to risk damaging the box. Some light creasing on the inner lip of the opening flap.
