That looks to me like someone ripped a Zelda label off a regular one and put it on the yellow cart, very sloppily I might add!

What would he have done? Taken another testcart and slapped a Zelda label on it?? I think it is legit-And good luck outbidding me on it!!!

Edit: I have tried to peel a label off nicley,It is nearly impossible to do without ripping/tearing the label.

Zelda test carts sell for more so why not? Of course who's to say the seller did it, could have been done by someone else down the line?

The back looks like a normal game, without any embossing.

Should be interesting to see what this one pulls.

Inside is the same as a regular Zelda cart.  A lot of these that have come up in the past have had similar label damage.  If you're really skeptical, the easiest way to tell is the back label as there shouldn't have anything embossed on it (I think it was Dangevin who first noticed this).

Do any of the test carts have anything embossed on them ? Didn't someone on here peel the label of a gold cart to strip the paint ? Then reapplied the label to the black cart ? I guess it could be done to a yellow cart as well.

I am pretty sure its just some water that got under the label.

^^^^ agreed.

Limbofunk of all people would know if something like this was a fake. If he has seen numerous Zelda test carts with water damage in the same area, I would imagine that it is perfectly legit.

Maybe he just took an ordinary zelda cart, peeled off the label, painted the cart yellow to get it looks like a test cart, then put the label back on while he was drunk and poured vodka by error, so it explains the label damage, is it possible, is it possible??? (naturally kiddin)

Looks legit to me.

Yep that was me but the only yellow carts that exist are other test carts, so presumably they could have taken a less valuable yellow console or accessory test cart and "upgraded" it, but as previously mentioned the back label would be a dead giveaway.

^^^ You and Dan should take your frames on playdates.

I think it's legit, but my test item knowledge is pretty limited. Maybe someone will get a decent deal due to the water damage.
