Bionic Commando Arcade version and the Japanese version "Top Secret: Hitler's Revival" Any possibility of either of these being made?

These 2 would be awesome to see reproduced. I can barely remember playing the Arcade version as a kid but I loved it. The Japanese version would just be.... cool.

Top Secret: Hitler's Revival (aka Hitler no Fukkatsu - Top Secret (jp)) is a plain MMC1 game, so it would be easy to repro. You can even use the Bionic Commando cart as a donor if you do not want to buy the ReproPak MMC1.

The arcade version will be entirely different hardware, lots more powerful than the NES. You may be able to edit the NES version levels to be more like the arcade, don't know what else is different.

I remember that years ago (1997, 1998?) someone did a hack to make the American version "more like" the JP version, or something like that, but I don't think an actualy direct translation was ever done. I've always wanted this to happen too. I think the game would be a far more accurate experience to what the original vision of the game was.

Badds=nazis, lol.

Revival? Don't you mean "Resurrection"?

My mantra, as worded by SamSpade on 06/12/12:
I don't resell to fund my collection, I don't treat this hobby like a second job, I don't care if my collection is worth ten bucks or ten thousand because I never plan on selling it. Seriously, what does the value have to do with anything if you never plan on selling? Speculation doesn't mean jack shit to me at this point, I just want to play my nes games...

Revival was just what (I think) GoodNES called it. Kinda weird that Japan got to fight the Nazis, but USA didn't.... I could see it changed in Germany where symbols like the swastika are illegal, but don't we kinda celebrate that war over here? I certainly played lots of Wolf 3d!

^ Yeah but NoA's policies in the '80's weren't exactly representative of the values of us "round eyes" in general when it came to war and death and violence and such.

I think the translated title is closer to: Top Secret: The Resurrection of Hitler. And they *almost* goofed in the manual by calling the Badd's the "Nazz's" or something like that at one point. I remember as a kid doing a double take on that.
