I got screwed on a big lot of 72pin connectors, bought outside Ebay.
I had bought some from him before without problems...
I've sent a lot of emails but no answer, I tried to make a dispute with paypal but the deal was older than 45days.

If I can get all users of this forum to NOT buy anything from him, that may make up for some of the lost money.

You too, eh? I got screwed for $100 and still no sign of my connectors. I've got a complaint with PayPal going right now.

The worst thing a NES reseller can do is piss someone on THESE forums off. Bye Bye potential customers!

Is there a sticky for dealing with crappy sellers that screw buyers over?

If not, there should be. And I'd offer my services to maintain it.

Peace

Ok, I resurrected the original thread about this guy. I removed it because he sent a DC#, but it's been 25 days since then. Screw him.

That's what I'm trying to do, warn all potential buyers for dealing with this guy.

He even run a couple of other stores too.
A Christian book store.
If he's a christian he sure forgot the 8th. commandment...

It just amazes me when people with a lot of positive feedback starts to scam people.
What are they thinking?
I've been scamed by a lady on ebay before too.
She had a test cart for sale, she claimed to have shipped it and said it must have been lost in the mail, yada yada....never heard from her again.
Guess she got a side deal and choose to keep my money too
Also she had a lot of positive feedback, I guess it's easier to scam someone that lives overseas.
The risk of me coming to their door to kick some ass is minimal.
But I might take a vacation to the US just to do that

Be sure to post this info in the other thread -- I've invited him to come and defend himself.

I bought PINs from him once as well, 100 I believe it was. It took 4 weeks and lots of hounding, but they did arrive. I also ordered some cheap RCAs once, and they got here in three days. I think he doesn't order the PINs from his supplier until he has the money in his account for an order.

Does anybody know who or where there is a supplier is for 72 pin connectors? I want to know. I often need some, and I'm sure I could put in a very large order and sell them at cost to NA members and for profit on eBay......................just have to find a source first...........

Their supplier is from Taiwan. They rip the address off but you can just read the country of origin.

Games_Palace ripped me off of 10 connectors. I won an ebay auction and paid right away. He sent me a tracking number but when I tried tracking the package it said it was never delivered to the post office. I emailed them several times and finally they said they would send a refund or resend the conenctors. I told them I would prefer the refund. But have never heard from them since. I've emailed them atleast 4 times over the past two months and haven't received a response. They keep ignoring me.

I think I might file a mail fraud report right now. If you've been scammed I suggest you do the same. He might decide to start refunding people after enough of us file. We have nothing to lose.

I finally got my money back from these guys, took about 2 months. I bought a DK ACS with a 3-screw picture, to which they assured me I'd get the exact game in the pic. After returning the 5-screw I didn't get a refund, so filed with Paypal within the 45 days, and they took it to the limit before sending my refund money.

BUT I got it in the end so I'd have to say, I'm only out $1.99 return shipping, so I'm the least-wronged out of anyone here. I had one other transaction that went smoothly with them so they're 1-0-1 in my book.
