I have done some research and see these are available via aftermarket. Just curious if anyone has seen an original cable like this/and what kind of value with the paperwork would you put on it? Any help is greatly appreciated!

John Hancock (aka swolvinist) has an original. If you shoot him a message, I'm sure he'd be happy to tell you everything there is to know about it. He used to be very active on segaage, but I'm not sure if he still is. Here's a little video he shot about it a few years ago.

Whoa I heard about this back in the day that someone of someone of my friend saw some friends did it but I was like "ya w/e". Thats awesome.

It was free, problem was that few did it. I also heard that if you waited too long, it never came, so there was a window of time to receive the cable.
