I just got my time on Rick down to 11 seconds, so I'm at 3:34 now. I wonder what the requirement for the bonus will be.

And I got Nick down to 11"98. I'm happy to have both Bruisers under 12 seconds. I'm glad that he stood still for the final KO punch so that I could get the speedy win.

Looks like I'm now at 3:29.94.  At least that should be good enough for the bonus point.

Shaved abput 40 seconds off after tinkering with kagero figuring out the dizzy, and trimming rick bruiser down to 30 and nick to 24

Those 3 adjustments got me down to under 6 minutes

mad clown, macho man, and narcis are my last 3 people to work on to get sub 30 on everyone. ...Well i got 30 and change on one other

The bonus point for DKC2 is 102% completion in under 2 hours.

Well I beat DKC2 in just under 6 hours with 66%. Not bad for my first time beating it, or even getting farther than World 2. Now its time to go back and collect everything I missed. I'm not too worried about competing for time, I just want to get that 102%

Okay, I shaved another four seconds off my time... two seconds each from Bob Charlie and Bear Hugger. I finally learned how to dizzy Hugger.

Updated: I got my time down to 3:23.87.

AND... I just got Sandman down to around 13 seconds! The first two knockdowns are trivial and then there's some tricky timing involved, but it's not impossible. That should bring my time down to around 3:18.

EDIT: I just took a couple seconds off Heike. So now I'm down to 3:15.95.

That is one hell of an awesome time.

I was excited to finally beat Bear Hugger in under 18 seconds and Sandman in under 14 seconds. They are among the most challenging in the game to beat fast. In order to dizzy Hugger you need to punch him at almost the exact instant that he does his belly rubbing animation or it isn't fast enough. With Sandman you have to throw two KO punches with just the right timing. If you're a hair too quick, he blocks. If you're a hair too late, he punches you.

I've started a new game now that I got the Super NT, and plan to improve on my time. I've never actually gotten 102% before, so that'll be... interesting... lol.

I am just waiting you to post the new pictures to update your score on the leaderboard.  
But well done! Getting those frame perfect wins and times take effort for sure!

Bea, you wrote my time as 3:37, but it's 3:57. I appreciate the boost, but for the sake of justice, figured I'd point it out. ;P

Bit hard to do this when I get those 5 minutes break from work madness.  

I tried punch out for the first time today. Either i really suck or I haven't figured out the controls yet. Got past the first two guys but the third guy rekt me!

Piston Hurricane is a pussy with no defense. Just keep throwing left jabs to his face until your "S" meter is full, and then just keep throwing KO punches to his gut (you want heavy KO punches, not the fast alternating KO punches that come from rapidly pressing the button). He won't block any of it. Then when he gets back up, throw one more KO punch to his gut in order to end it.

Bald Bull is the first real challenge. You'll probably have trouble with him too.
