I got a lot of PS1 games off of Craigslist for $125. It had pretty much every RPG in excellent condition. I also found some SNES CIB RPGs with a SNES at a garage sale for $25 (included CIBs of both Lufia's, Robotrek, Secret of Mana, Breath of Fire, and more).

I've had a few....

Duck Tales 2 at a yard sale for 50 cents. Chip n Dale 2 for $20 at game store. Mega Man 5 at a used book store for $7. Mega Man 1, 2, 3, and 6  and TMNT 4 at a yard sale for $1 each. Sega Master System with 45 CIB games including the USA version of Sonic for $75. TG16 with 15 games including New Adventure Island for $45.

Chrono Trigger, breath of fire 1 and 2, illusion of gaia, secret of evermore, secret of mana, 2 copies of link to the past, lord of the rings, yoshi's safari - all 100% mint and complete in box for FREE! now top THAT one!

My mom said " this girl at work has a box of old games she said she is taking to goodwill if anyone wants them so I grabbed them all" she didn't know what the were so she just mailed them to me. You can imagine my surprise when I opened the box and saw what was in there! One of the zelda's was still sealed too. I hate RPGs so I plan on selling them, but I've had them for years and still haven't decided to sell them as a lot or separate or what....it was so overwhelming I don't even know what to do with them. I don't want to sell them then have the value double 5 months later like what happened with Demon's Crest

My best finds...

A CIB Chiller for 8 many years ago. Unfortunately the box got crushed and the manual was damaged during a move.

3 Screw Gyromite, with twenty three other commons/uncommons games that nearly walked out of a game store for twenty bucks. Sold a Nightmare On Elm Street for 25 out of it so I paid practically nothing for it in the end.

A Goodwill Haul of NES goodness, including Mega Mans 2, 5, 6. See this threat for more of my finds: http://www.nintendoage.com/forum/messageview.cfm?catid=10&am...

-------------------------
Current Collections:
NES: 729/776, 710+ with variants, 220+ Boxes, 206+ Manuals
Super NES: 181/773
N64: 297/298
Virtual Boy: 14/14 - Loose Collection Complete! 2/2 NFRs as well
Tiger Game.com: 20/20, 16 Sealed; Loose Set Complete!

Might be the only jerk on the planet looking for a NIB Game.com set. If you got any, PM me!

Wow those are some awesome finds! Why is CIB Nascar Racing 2003 Season (for PC?) rare and valuable? Sierra?

How rare is conker... I have found two copies over the years just to pass it on to a friend who owns a game store

Ah, so you found the secret room, eh? Bask in the glory of a Mario Trilogy, a Pair of Zeldas and a Sextet of Megamans. Yes this is the little grey box that could and continues to do. What lies ahead is entirely up to you. YOU DECIDE

NR2003 is considered to be one of the best racing simulators out there. It's insanely popular and there are people who still make new cars, paintschemes, tracks, and hold online servers for it. Demand is high but supply is low because developer Papyrus lost their liscence and went out of business shortly into the game's production run. Thus, copies are scarce and prices are high.

More uncommon than rare imo but demand is high. Similar to Earthbound but on a smaller scale.

when I first got onto this site in late 2009 (and before priced blew the hell up) I found a Power Blade 2 cart only for $4, flipped it back then for $40, which was a couple bucks below going rate, so I was happy. Now I wish I would have hung on to it, good grief lol. Hindsight is always 20/20 I guess...
