Pretty cool list you got there! I am super jealous of that dragon master champion whatever it was called special 3ds. It looks amazing! Never gonna get one of the 2, but they're still awesome!

Also, I'm glad to see I own a pokemon console that isn't yet on this list You've got like 99% of the pokemon consoles out there, but I know you're missing at least one (unless bundled things don't count, then nvm, you probably have them all)

I love some of the price estimations! Also, it's very interesting and well-written. I never knew about most of these.

However, there needs to be a Switzerland-exclusive Bulbasaur 3DS

After reading this thread I kinda want to start collecting pokemon systems
I've been thinking about getting one of the special edition 3ds consoles. I really hope they make 3ds XL consoles for the hoenn remakes

So far it's a nice guide, but I noticed one glaring exclusion. Why no Japanese Pokemon Red? JPN Green wasn't a stand alone release.

In Japan, there was Red and Green. Then Blue came out with updated art and probably different Pokemon to catch. USA Red and Blue were based on Japanese Blue. I think Yellow is the same between both regions.

Nah, I didn't include bundles because they are the same most of the time, like there was 3/4 Crystal bundles with standard gameboys, one with the Yellow Pokemon Gameboy which is mentioned.

Yeah I know that, the only difference between the Japanese and PAL/NTSC Red is the sprites where the Japanese have the same sprites as green and the PAL/NTSC version has the updated sprites. I only mentioned the Japanese EXCLUSIVE version so because their was a western version, I didn't feel the need to mention it, hope that clears things up a tad.

This is a great resource! Thanks so much for taking the time to pull it all together.

The only thing that I'd really recommend doing is copyediting for typos and layout issues. It might also be cool to have little write-ups about each of the games, even though you're kind of limited as to what you can include. Little things like mentioning the Meowth GB promo card included with the US TCG, the outer box/Pokewalker/pre-order figures for HG/SS, and the big box version of Platinum. In fact, there's a lot of various pre-order stuff out there (guidebooks like the Trainer's Guide for FR/LG and the Emerald tin+Frontier Battle Pass) and it would be really cool to see that stuff included.

Ok, I'll take that into consideration Very busy with exams the next fortnight but when they are over I have more stuff to add about the prototypes and I will also post some stuff with bundles too. I'm not too familiar with the pre-order stuff but I can look into it. As for the layout, it's how it is supposed to be in the downloadable document, for some reason Google Docs messes it up
