I've also had this problem with Cybernoid and Immortal. On one recently tested cybernoid's it was only the title screen that was grabeld. I think i still have the two cybernoid's laying around.

Here is a quick VIDEO I just made to show what everyone is talking about. Hope this helps anyone who has yet to see this problem.

Yep if you have the problem like that video shows, it's your TV, not the cart. If your able to fix your problem by messing around with cart connection, then it's your standard bad / dirty connection. Thanks for posting that!

This theory is CONFIRMED!  I just switched the TV my NES was connected to, and my Immortals worked perfectly.  This kicks ass!

what tv type did you switch from-to? Also are you using the RF Switch or the A/V Ports?

I have 8 nes systems and 3 Immortals and I am using the A/V Ports for all 8 and all 3 games are garbled on 7 of them, but all 3 work perfectly on number 8.  I thought it may be an interference issue between the game and the video card within the NES

hahahaha wow. asking a question to someone who hasnt logged in since 2008. Thats a new one for me. Ive seen threads rise from there grave, but usually its because its a question the person has pertaining to that situation, not actually asking and quoting someone. Awesome, lets see if he logs on to answer.
