Hello Everybody!! 
It’s time for another Video Game Swap but this time in Waterloo!!


We have a 7000 Square foot fully air conditioned hall booked for the 1st Annual Waterloo Video Game Swap at the Waterloo Inn


Close to Conestoga mall and a short bus ride from the Universities 

Come on out and find the games and systems you have been searching for from Old School Atari and NES to WII and XBOX360 and hundreds of other great deals on games and sytems
 
We have put together 10 DOOR PRIZE BUNDLES(not single prizes) from old schools systems packages with a ton of acessories and games to XBOX 360 collectors editons games and other great goodies. And your can win them just for coming to the show!!!!!

There will be an area set where everyone can get a chance to play their favorite retro and new games and maybe you can find a dealer selling your old favorites and you can take them home with you.

The Swap runs from 12pm-5pm so you will have plenty of time to search the tables and find what you have been looking for. And thanks to our wonderful sponsors we will be giving out raffle and door prizes ever 30 MIN

We are currently taking reservations for tables at $20 each. 
Each table is 8 foot long and comes professionally covered in a black table cloth and is also skirted.
Each table has access to power and are nicely spaced giving plenty of room for dealers and customers

The swap is 50% booked.... We can fit 50 dealer tables and would love to hit that mark for everyone who loves video games. If anyone would like a table please contact us through the email provided on the website. And for those of you coming to the show we have some great prizes donated by our sponsors from retro gaming packages to XBox 360 collectors edition games and just donated was a Nintendo Wii. So come on out to the swap for a fun filled day of gaming!!!

Any if you know anyone else who might like a table let them know about the swap! We are filling up fast and want to sell out tables as early as possible so we can let the public know how many dealers are at the swap to draw as many customers as possible for the dealers!!

I'm running a table at this event too; has there been any info on the event? Do we have setup times yet, how many vendors, etc. I'm bringing a ton of stuff exclusively for this event as I've been waiting to make a table with nearly everything I have. Should be a good time.

I believe vendors can get in early to set up, it'd be best to message Andrew (original poster) to get a confirmation on that but I think doors will be open for vendors who have pre-booked @ 10 am, doors open to everyone @ 12pm and the show runs until 5 pm
