This is what I like to see. Congrats on an awesome performance, even if it didn't win you a spot on the final 3. Even if I had given my all and rolled the score in NG2 and made it to the next round, I wouldn't be in the top 3 either, most of the games played this round I'm not all that good at (if I went against guillavoie with those 3 games he'd beat me 3-0 also), but at least you gave it your maximum effort.

Andy's participation has been exemplary. He never gave up, and done everything he could to rivalize. He beated Mr. Dream\Tyson for the first time in this round, and it tells a lot about his dedication.

EDIT: And Karma just rewarded him with Legend of Zelda fridge magnets.

That's what I was saying a while back during the Marble Madness contest. I'm hoping if next this game is played, and I so happen to participate again, I'll have to watch out him, he was learning that game very quickly. Kept seeing the max points increasing and thought damn, if only he had more time he'd been up near the top for sure.

He reminded me of you in the first Marble Madness contest. You started from nothing and finished with 10 points shy of the Twingalaxies record.

Indeed! I sucked at that game at first during that contest a couple years back, played nearly 200 games of it, and while I wasn't the top score (close, oh so close) all my efforts paid off, it got me real good at the game. Of coarse last contest for it, I wasn't as much into it, guess I don't have that "eye of the tiger" anymore. But I see this with Andy though, ambition, dedication, hunger...must come with youth, perhaps I've gotten too old and relaxed.

Thanks all for all the positive feedback. The only bad thing for me in these tournments has been it really has taken a toll on my body. All I can say is I can't stop playing. I think I need help

There was a time many years ago that all I ever did with my free time was play video games, nonstop, any chance I had. Many times I'd go to work looking and feeling like a zombie from lack of sleep, worn out from too much gaming. I think I finally slowed down, never thought I'd see that day come so soon, guess I overdid it.

32? Eh, still pretty young. I was still a gaming monster then.

Actually until I started playing tournments here I had not touched a game in years just collected. It's a little sad as I got games everyware. Under my bed in my closet on the floor. It was like one day I just gave up playing. Last game I beat before mario 3 and punch out was Final fantasy 9. I look forward to more challenges maybe play some marble madness.

You did a great job, Andy. Wish I had that kind of dedication
