LoL Powerfest. I went to that. I won a nintendo pin set for answering the "What game is this music from" contest. It was Ninja Gaiden I remember the contest, you had to finish a race in Rad Racer in a certain amount of time, then get so many lines in tetris, then you had to get a certain amount of coins in super mario brothers. They also had a bunch of game stations set up for upcoming games. I think it was Castlevania 3 that was a big hit there. That or Megaman 3. I can't remember hehe

Notice those are the most expensive games, not the rarest. The ~11 known gold NWC carts makes it much more common than tons of protos where only one is known, but they aren't worth nearly as much. There are so many carts where only one has been found so a real rarity list couldn't pick just 10.
