Since I was annoyed that I have seen nothing on this matter with a quick search on Google and I'm sure that would be enough to yield results and shed some light on this subject, but since I cannot find anything that proves if the "Purple Ganon" version is legitimate, I have to ask.

Is it real? What is it's value (If applicable)?

Yes its very real make sur eyou play all the way through your game to find out if you have it.. Also i heard FF3 has a Neon Green Zapdos near the end

Before you go searching for Purple Ganon, make sure Caution on the back label of the game is underlined!
If it IS underlined, you may have a Purple Ganon.

I'm getting sick of fucking with people. The Purple Ganon is fake. It was a rumor started years ago and debunked as just someone with the color settings on their TV being a bit off. It resurfaced recently while fucking with an eBay seller who listed a loose Zelda for $3000. It's a hoax, nothing more. Still, play through both quests, it's definitely worth it
