Wash had it right.  "I'm a leaf on the wind"

This is the reason why I play mostly with the A button tap.  I can do B button but I'm more prone to flying around too quickly and that's where I make mistakes.  I'm willing to trade wearing out my trigger finger for better control of my character.    However I do use the B button more during the bonus stages.

Well, this is probably it for me, this week, since I don't think I will get a chance to try again this weekend...

This score is actually from yesterday, when I had  2 or 3 games, I played where I jumped to 500k, 600k, and nearly 800k.  

Sadly, I wasn't able to get any higher than the 600's when I tried today... lots of silly ways to die.

Score Updated... The progression of my pics go from left to right then top to bottom. I think it was phase 90 when I died.  Arch's tips are exactly how I play the game. The only difference is I use the top of the screen as a spring board on the regular levels and the bonus levels. Its really the best tool in this game (the only tool really) to move around in my opinion...

312,050. Played alittle bit last night. Participation point for me this week. The Italian Festivale is this weekend in my neighborhood and with friends coming over tonight for some Mario Kart 8, I won't try to get a better score. Haven't played this one in awhile but still a good solid arcade style game (I like it better than Joust).

Wow, great scores this week, everyone! I gave this a few tries and surprised myself by getting over a million a couple of times. Never did that before, so I'll take it.

I'm surprised how much fun this game was. I always thought it was just a clone of Joust (which I hate), but there's enough variety in Balloon Fight for it to hold its own.

Thanks for the reply.  I thought that might be the case.  I went ahead and tried a few more times and got an even higher score than before.  I'm still missing a picture though (when my score was just under 4 million), so I'm not sure if it counts.  I did take a picture right after I got 4 million that is showing that I was on phase G1, so maybe that's good enough?
