Alright!  This could very well be out in 2 weeks.  I just hope the USPS doesn't screw over the final shipment of printed materials.

So anyway, there are quite a few spots unclaimed in the LE this time and I need claimers!

Details
-The entries will be put into a numbered list and then drawn randomly by a program I'll make in Flash.
-Now, I do NOT YET have the final price, but my guess is $65-70 + S&H.  Yes, if you are drawn you must pay for this
-You get a numbered cart, numbered ROM, a hard plastic case with a numbered insert, a manual, and an art book

The rules
-As was the case of BK1, just sign up saying you want to be in the drawing.
-The deadline is going to be Sunday, November 18th 11:59:59pm Eastern Time (That's 1:59:59pm Monday for my current time in Japan; Just needed a note for myself here)
-Anyone already admitted to the LE may not participate.
-Anyone registered on November 10th, 2012 or later may not participate.
-Registered people will be put into the list in the order they signed up.
-Random drawing will be done on some kind of video streaming service.  I'm going to have to figure this part out, but it shouldn't be hard.  JTV or something will probably work.
-Should you be drawn, you must pay with Paypal.
