Got my order. I PM'd you about it.

One thing I gotta note: The SNES ones are just a smidge too snug in thickness. They just barely fit into the protector and rub against the front/back sides, which is ok, except for the fact that once the flaps are closed, the protector becomes too small and the flaps rub against the corners of the box (actually caused peeling on one of my box's corners) and causes pressure against the flap portion of the box. This happens with both SNES types. My SFC games don't fit in either, and while my SNES games do, they're just a few millimeters too tight.

The NES and GB ones are PERFECT though.  I'd like to note that

I'm generally satisfied with the SNES snugs, but they really are too tight. If you get them redone to fix that 3-4 millimeter over-tightness, I'd love to order some more.
In the meantime, I'll be leaving my boxed SNES games unprotected. It's just unfortunate that the game I messed up was Terranigma And I'm not blaming you, it's my own stupidity for forcing the flap in like that when I should have realized right away it wouldn't fit. I know better now to start with something worth less as a test rather than my most valuable, lol.

Just to let you know that the NES snugs arrived already. It was really fast even though there were several holidays here last week.

I'm really happy with them and I only regret not having ordered them sooner.

Thanks man!

I'd like to note that I tried the SNES snugs on my N64 stuff and they fit perfectly...so maybe the SNES stuff is just a smidge larger than N64?

Also, I found a great use for those SNES classics you sent me. I'm actually glad you sent them now

Boxed Famicom games...the classic SNES protectors fit two of them inside fantastically.

OHHHHH, those are Atari boxes that I have my 2x Famicom games in...so wait...are the classic SNES ones thicker than the snug ones? I'm wondering if my games will fit more properly in the classic ones.

They arn't deeper but the extra height and length reduces the effect of the snug depth. I cans send you some classics. Pm forth coming

Oh yeah. That's MUCH better. The SNES classics definitely have more budge room for a fit without pressure on the box. The extra width/length allows for the thickness to bend out a little, relieving most of the pressure off the box. There's still pressure on the box corners (since that where the bend outward of the protector actually occurs) but it's vastly better than the snugs for SNES games that aren't smushed. I found that SNES games that habe a bit of a smush to the box to where the sides bend inward or outward do fit perfectly into the snugs...but super-mint SNES boxes don't seem to fit well into the snugs.

I'm actually much happier with the classics.

Yeah, that would be nice. Unfortunately they're not only longer than SNES/Atari, but they're also thicker. He would need a whole new set of protectors just for them.

I've looked a bit into options of something that would work and it looks like it would have to be a custom order which requires 5000-10000 piece order. I'd need to deturmine what interest there is in these before I'd make the investment. It would be nice if I could have ~2000-3000 spoken for before I made the order. That would lower my risk significantly

odd how coincidences occur! I've been trying to find a solution for my U.S. Sega CD games and was wondering if you had something that would do the job? thanks so much!

what kind of interest would it take and what kind of pricing would we expect to get for something for Sega CD/Saturn case protectors?

I wouldn't expect the demand to be very high for these. I wouldn't pursue investing in them personally. No offense.
