NA Membership Cards Kicking it old school

Has this idea ever been done?  Having NA membership cards similar to the ones Nintendo Power used to give out.  Was not thinking anything formal but something fun that can be sent out or even download and print.

It's a spray painted, 3d printed card that I laser etched letters into. I am not making these for sale lol. It also looks much better in the picture. Perhaps if someone had a card printer...
