Hi All! I'm about to finally buy my AVS. I'm having it attach to a 55" TV that I'm going to have wall-mounted. I'm going to have the TV cords snaked through the wall, so I need to set up the cords before I receive my AVS. 

My question is: is the HDMI cable for AVS a standard cable? Or is it something specific to the AVS? If it's standard I'll just buy a long standard HDMI cord and pre-snake it and then just attach it to the AVS when it arrives.

Also, any other tips/advice about setting up an AVS to a large wall-mounted TV would be welcome.

I'd presume its standard, but not owning one I cannot directly say. I don't recall anything mentioned it takes otherwise.

Yep, standard HDMI. It comes with a cable, but you can use any other standard cable in the length you need.

Standard HMDI. The AVS is a great purchase. Enjoy.

thx! yes i'll post pics once it's set up. i'll have the big TV for the AVS, plus a smaller CRT for original NES with also Atari 2600, SNES, PS1, and a few mini-arcades attached!
