area covered during yard sale searching

How much area or miles does everyone cover during a yard sale search..I live in a area where I have to drive pretty much miles between yard sales

I'm really bad at the yard sale thing. I never have time to do it, and when I do, it's always later in the day, so everything has been picked over. I don't go on big trips, just if I see one and I have a few extra minutes, I stop by.

I rarely bogther going anymore cause I never find anything. Knoxville has a bunch of local game store and people trade or sale there stuff to them seems like. I used to get up and spend the whole day yard selling. I would hit about a 20 miles radius around my house and hit 30-40 sales in a weekend. I never had that much luck though, a few games here or there. I have more luck with flea markets, but don't even go to those that much anymore cause I never find anything I really need, only resale stuff at best.

If I get the chance to go, about the greatest distance I'll cover is 40-50 miles one way, and that's definitely less often than when I'm even able to go (usually when I go, it's maybe 15-25 miles tops).
