Everything cost me about a $1 with my store credit I had for a bunch of extra crap to get rid of.

Got rid of mostly PS2, Wii, DS games, best thing was a Street Fighter arcade stick for ps2/xbox (got $60 credit for it, got it a month ago for a Guitar Hero II for xbox 360 game only). Most of the ps2, wii, ds games were the buy 1 get 1 blockbuster stuff, so it was great. some of the trade in was like $15 for excitetruck, $15 for Karaoke Revolution American Idol, $15 for Okami for Wii, $8 for Madden 09 for DS. So it was actually more money than I could have gotten selling the games, and got rid of junk for good stuff, so I am happy. To make things better:

The ps1 games were buy 2 get 1, so I got Suikoden I & II and Lunar Eternal Blue for about $117 in store credit after the buy 2 get 1 and my 10% discount.

This was the same store where I got that Complete F1 Pole Position for the Gameboy about 2 months ago for $3.

Wow that was a rediculously good price on Suikoden 2 and Lunar 2.

Good stuff, but FYI, Karaoke Revolution American Idol is about a $40 game for the Wii.

just read the b2g1 discount....very nice. I don't think my stores honor that when it comes to credit.

If anyone wants that Gears of War Limited Edition it is for sale/trade. The solitaire has been sold, but the rest I am keeping.

EBX/EBGames used to do sweet trade-in bonuses that I'd bulk up on credit with, then wait until after Xmas sales and stuff to maximize and apply to already-discounted stuff.

My faves were when they'd offer $5 bonus on any two trade-ins. So I'd bring in shit $0.50 sports titles in bulk, get massive money and pick up good games when they were 25% off.

Just got to hit the timing right. Looks like you got in right when this sale started, the good stuff was still there for you I'm surprised local shops keep things like this in stock, most of them go right to eBay with this sort of thing just to keep the doors open anymore.

Yeah now they exclude games that are under $2 trade in value from their offers

Dangevin- Small stores that ebay all their good stuff may as well close their doors. Your locals are probably going to stop shopping with you or at the very least be very pissed when they figure out why there is never anything good on the shelves. At least that is the case around here, seen several used games stores come and go in the last 8 years or so.

Vader- Yeah, that sucks. Found out the hard way when I carried in a stack of games I had bought cheap. Went to trade them in the same day because of the promotion and no dice. >.<

This place has been good for me the 1/2 dozen times I have stopped by, it is about 40 minutes away, but I try to get there about every 2 months.

I got all the following there with store credit, mostly from extra crap I pick up at hte cheap sales or pawn shops.

F1 Pole Position Gameboy complete $3

House of the Dead Sega Saturn complete $12

Mutant League Hockey Genesis complete $3

Paladin's Quest SNES Complete and Mint $19.99

Actraiser complete and mint $19.99

TMNT Tournament Fighters NES cart only $5.99

Bible Buffet cart only $5.99

Solitaire with manual was only $4.99

Space Megaforce cart only $6.99

Shining Wisdom Saturn complete $24.99

Wonderswan Color system with Final Fantasy I & II all complete and all for $59.99

Mars Matrix for DC $9.99

Giga Wing 2 for DC $9.99

Pikmin 2 for $12.99

PSO I & II for Gamecube for $9.99

Ikaruga for Gamecube for $19.99

Last time I was there when I got the F1, they had a complete mint sword master for nes for $29.99 and Ultima Warriors of Destiny complete and mint for $29.99 also, but I was out of credit then.

I know I have found some other stuff, just can't remember what else
