There's a link to it in the 2017 Leaderboard Thread. I suggested the same thing a while back, but I believe the decision was made to add a link in the leaderboard thread instead so that there wouldn't be too many different threads pinned at the top of the page.

 

Can we get this thread stickied, please?

I don't see how it would hurt to have this be the top-pinned item (or 3rd pinned item behind the two leaderboard threads).

This is an important thread for people to be able to find easily, IMO, since it links to so much historical information of the forum.


The current week's contest threads are only stickied on a rotating basis, so they don't really "count" toward the permanent stickies, IMO.
 

I agree, I would like to see this thread stickied as well. I just used it yesterday to look up my old Paperboy scores, and that's just one of many uses!

It was suggested back on page 11 and Bimmy mentioned adding a link to the leaderboard instead, but I'm glad to see it got pinned by popular demand.

It's important for it to be pinned since Brock highlighted the Hall of Famers in the standings. I'm pulling for you next year big guy!

Thanks for making this thread. It's great for people that haven't been around for all the competitions to go back and read through. Some great stuff in the old threads and what a help this thread has been to look them all up!

Yeah I'm not sure. Must be all those accidental perfect runs of Snoopy, Contra, etc.

And on the very unlikely chance of me winning Bad Street Brawler, I will tie with Bertsampson.
This is so wrong! It makes it tougher to claim that I am terrible at videogames, despite it being the total truth.
 

Hey Brock, when is the last time the all-time leader board was updated? I didn't see a date on it like the genre boards.

I was just wondering when it was updated last, since it doesn't say and I've been too lazy to track my own status myself. This has now changed! I did notice that you have zobber and mbd out of order in the all-time standings. But that was about it! This thread is quite a valuable time saver. Thanks!

EDIT: I have included the table snippet below to show what I mean. It should be mbd, James, myself, then zobber. No biggie, but while looking up my status, I noticed and thought I'd let you know!

I am currently third on the all time win standings.
The amount of wrong with that is off the charts.

Hopefully I can participate full time again next season since I'm getting buried on the all time win chart.   I actually was hoping to play this year, but things have been brutal from a personal standpoint so there was no way I would've been able to give a 100% effort each week. I'm keeping my fingers crossed that 2018 is a better year.

At the end of this season I'll stop being lazy and start tracking career points for SNES
