(Now with link to pictures)My sealed Genesis game's content moves around in the box... Is the cart somehow loose in the box or is this a sign of a reseal?

I can snap a couple pictures of the seal and seams if it helps

I have every reason to believe that my sealed Light Crusader is in fact 100% original factory sealed... it just feels right.
Anyway, the contents move around inside the box... which concerns me.

This game is in a cardboard package, which I don't own any of (all my Genesis games are clamshell)
It's not the 'sleeve' type box where the bottom and top aren't closed, it's in box-form.

Since I don't own any Genesis games in cardboard, I'm not sure if this is right or not, but I have a feeling the instruction manual is probably smaller than the inside of the box, causing it to shift, but the shifting feels too heavy to be the manual.

Is my cart loose inside the box? I'm gonna snap some pics to upload to help find out if this is a reseal or something.
