Glad to hear everyone had a good time. I might try running another game someday, but I'm not sure yet.
alakhira, when I was planning out the game, I was considering allowing anyone who was captured by Gary to be able to rejoin the game if he's captured by the town. I eventually decided against it because I thought that if a bunch of players rejoined late in the game, it might make the game feel like it was dragging on longer than it should. Also, if someone was captured Night 1, but then rejoined late in the game, they might not have been following what was going on since they were captured and be less motivated to play.
fox, thanks for your comments. I never did something like this before, so I wasn't really sure how it would work out. I considered leaving a fifth wolf in (my original 27-player game had six), but I thought doing so would give the wolves too much of an advantage. Sorry if you felt your role was a dud, but I'm glad you enjoyed playing anyway.
NESfanatic, each wolf only knew the identity of one other wolf during the first day. At the end of Day 1, all the wolves got an update informing them of who the other wolves were and a private topic for them was created. They could capture Night 1, but they chose sonicboom, so no capture took place. Anyone who targeted sonicboom at night got a message saying that they couldn't find him.
