^ All right I'll take pictures after my next score unless anyone wants to see any of the old scores? *shrugs*

That bundle of wires from my June 22nd score finally came untangled. Turns out it was 1 DS charger, 2 GBA SP chargers, 1 PSP charger, the removable part of a PSP charger as well and a plug and play intellivision controller game thingy...missing it's battery cover. Plus a bunch of useless crap.

The two SP chargers are nice..I can keep one and sell the other with a SP with a few GBA games as a nice bundle.

So not much today...what with it being friday and it rained quite a bit...also no idea how to put pictures into this post so I hope the attachments work.

Yard sale 1:

Yoshi kart toy from Burger King - $0.10 (shame it didn't have the launcher lol)

Yard sale 2:

DS Rhythm Heaven - $5 (CIB)
PS2 Rune: Viking Warlord - $1 (Missing manual)

Thrift Store:

New Super Mario Bros 2 Golden Mario shirt - $3
Lie to me cake shirt - $2 (I'm guessing it's a reference to Portal...the cake is a lie and all that)

I also saw a stack of NES games and a NES...but they wanted way to much for the games and NES...shit games too.

Very meh day...hopefully tomorrow will be good, I've all ready got some sales lined up for games...just hope I beat the resellers. Oh and I also got a phone number from a lady who said she has some Sega and Nintendo stuff. It was an estate and I almost always ask if the people running it are in their mid 40s or so...so they know what I'm talking about...I usually just ask for Atari stuff though in case granny locked one away some where. But she said Sega and I jumped on it. I told her flat out that she needs to keep it at her place, I'll call her on monday and I'll buy it lol. But we all know how these things turn out...she'll not find them, someone in her family will want them, she'll sell them out from under me...so on and so forth.

I was 1 minute to late to a sale and this bitch buys this N64 lot right in front of me...ugh. I say bitch because she was very rude...I went over and started looking at some DS stuff and she shoved me out of her way. Really bad day.

Yard sale 1:

DS Lite charger - $1

Yard sale 2:

Metal Xbox 360 rack thing - $3

Can anyone tell me anything about the 360 rack? I'm not a fan of 360 so I plan on selling it or trading it on CL. I just want to know the worth of it...and is anyone in the Seattle/Tacoma areas interested in this? I'd be much more willing to work out a trade here then on CL. PM me if anyone is interested..again only for NAers who are close to me..I don't want to ship this thing or drive 50 miles to trade.

I find that 360 thing interesting. Does it hold games? It seems like it does but I'm not sure. You should put another pic of it fully loaded so people local to you can see how it looks in action.

That thing is really bizarre, and not very practical either. I guess it would work in a kid's room though.

Tiny update. What with the massive amounts of cleaning going on and the rushing around I've had no time to do anything. But my mom did find something I forgot I had...again.

Legend of Zelda Link plush! I really forgot I had him...he's so cute. I think he's from Wind Waker since he's styled like that.

Also remembered to text that lady about the games...she has yet to find this supposed box and I doubt she will...this is the 5th time I've had this shit happen to me...someone knows they have games but can't "find" them. Yeah more like you looked up on ebay how much they're worth and are now selling them on ebay. idk...maybe she'll be the one score I've dreamed about...with rares up the ying yang all for a low low price. So I can rub it all in everyones face and finally have something worthy.

I am so god damn tired of people doing deals while I'm trying to make a deal with them. Fucking assholes. That bitch who gave me her number finally found the god damn box of stuff and it had two NES's an old Atari I've never seen before, a few NES games I don't have an a NES Advantage stick. All for $40, I offer her $30 but she "asked" someone and they said no and sold it for $50 to someone. Fuck them both, I hope they burn in hell. I'm really pissed off about this, on top of losing out yet again on an Earthbound and losing out on another ebay auction thanks to cocksuckers who use snipe programs.

This shit makes me want to hurt someone...

I at least got a few games today...ugh.

I got Kirby Super Star with the manual for $26 in the mail today.

Also stopped at GameStop.

Wii Castlevania Judgement - $9 (CIB)
Wii Mini Ninjas - $9 (CIB)
Wii Xenoblade Chronicles - $45 (CIB)
360 Wet - $9 (CIB)

Now can someone tell me the difference between the original Xenoblade and the reprint? Other then a different case? Mine seems to be an original...it has the Wii above the disc area in the case and not the Nintendo like the reprint has. Of course someone at GS might have switched cases...idk. Is there any real way to tell?

As far as I know the original and the reprint are pretty much the exact same. Even the case is the same.

edit: I just checked both my copies. That inner Wii imprint is the only difference.

So if it sells on ebay for $80 then why did GS have it for $45 lol...>.<. I'm just guessing the ones on ebay are the original run like mine.

You would think that Washington would be perfect for finding games (With Nintendo in Redmond) but I rarely find stuff.
I just go to Oregon because they have some better stores.

Been really under the weather since my half brother and his family left...worst cold/sore throat I've had in years...so bad I couldn't talk for days..not that I talk that much to begin with anyways lol...I'm still sick as a dog and weak too but that "itch" started up again so I had to feed my craving for games! Also met some guy at a yard sale and I might be making a large deal later today...big might though since I don't trust people anymore...they let me down or double cross me.

Yard sale #1:

DS Plants VS Zombies - $4 (game only)

Yard sale #2:

PSP Me & My Katamari - $2 (CIB)

Assassin's Creed tin box and art book - $1
Nintendo Power Legend of Zelda Ocarina of Time Player's Guide - $1
Prima Strategy Guide Dark Cloud 2 - $1
Hell Girl Volume one DVD - $1

Yard sale #3:

Genesis 3D Blast - $2
PS1 Mech Warrior 2 - $1 (Disc and manual)
Wii Pac-Man Party - $3 (CIB)
Wii Fling Smash - $3 (CIB)
GC Sonic Mega Collection - $2 (Missing manual)

NES Advantage - $5
The Walking Dead game promo poster - $1
The Walking Dead Survival Instinct promo poster - $1
The Last of Us promo poster - $1
New Super Mario Bros. 2/3DS promo poster - $1

The last yard sale had tons of promo stuff but not for stuff I cared about...mainly shooters like battlefield or whatever. He swore he had some Fallout stuff but I couldn't find them Fallout is like one of my top ten fav games ever...damn it lol.

I think my prizes are those killer promo posters...I love anything zombie related and I LOVE The Walking Dead! Survival Instinct not so much but it has Daryl on it! <3 Daryl. I also finally got an advantage stick...been wanting one of them..hope it works, if not it's going to be turned into a lamp

Got the pics up but some of them arn't mine?

I've foudn that areas with classic game stores can be a treasure trove of good scores. they tend to get items into circulation. my town had nothing of interest at garage sales untill 2 came to town, now i find classic stuff every week, kids buy them at the stores, play them, then sell them for pennys on the dollar at their parents garage sales. the only problem is that classic game stores tend to create alot of  resellers and collectors to, so you have to hit the sales as early as possible.

So on one hand it was a great day and on the other...not so much...maybe. The guy who has a lot of games said they're in his storage thing so he will have them for sure by tomorrow...I've heard this story before sadly and they never found the games...so I don't have much hope for this guy. But on to the greatness! There was this 10 block sale quite close to where I live so I figured I might find a game or two...haha...I lucked out. Normally I don't ask or even get out of the car to ask when we stop at a place and the sellers are in their 70s+ but I asked...and was very surprised. They were both gamers...played WoW ffs lol. They tell me they used to play the original Nintendo and might still have some games in their "original wrapper"...it was like angels singing...

Yard sale #1:

NES Zelda II - $5 (MINTY SEALED)
SNES Controller - $5 (MINTY SEALED)
NES Controller - Free (pretty banged up and missing a chunk or two, might have to use it for learning)
NES "dog bone" Controller - Free (First time seeing this in the wild)

Yard sale #2:

N64 Nascar 99 - $2
GBA Backyard Basketball - $2 (MINTY SEALED)
GBA I Spy Challenger - $2 (MINTY SEALED)

Yard sale #3:

Bag of My Little Pony toys - $0.50 (I love MLP lol)

Yard sale #4:

NES Nintendo World Cup - $2
NES Smash TV - $2
NES Flying Dragon - $2
NES Star Voyager - $2
NES Snake's Revenge - $2
NES Bases Loaded - $2
NES Captain Skyhawk - $2
GB GameBoy Cleaning Kit cartridge with plastic case - $2
GB NUBY GameBoy Light - Free
Genesis Multitap - $2
Genesis AsciiPad SG-6 - $2

My prizes of course are that sealed Zelda and SNES controller! Mmmm sealed goodness..

Pictures when I remember to grab my moms phone lol.

Something odd is going on with the pictures...I'm getting someone elses so no idea if anyone will be able to see my stuff.

The guy actually followed through with the deal, but he had less then I thought (and he thought as well, his storage place had been broken in to). Still got some nice stuff...and he'll keep an eye open for game related stuff or just more games if he finds any. So might have a new contact really nice guy too.

Also stopped at a neighbors yard sale and got a NES with SMB/Duck Hunt.

Yard sale:

NES + SMB/Duck hunt - $5 (No wires/plugs/controllers)

Guy:

Genesis Gadget Twins - $2
N64 Major League Baseball Ken Griffey JR - $2
SNES Pac-Man 2 The New Adventures - $2
SNES Zombies Ate My Neighbors - $2 (Been wanting this for a while)
NES Chip N Dale Rescue Rangers - $2 (too bad it's not number 2 lol)
NES California Games - $2
NES Dr. Mario - $2
NES Talespin - $2 (Missing spine label, has dust sleeve)
NES Vegas Dream - $2 (has dust sleeve)

DS Lite box with manuals and such - Free (Box is pretty squished but it was free!)

Nothing too amazing but I didn't have any of the games so it was nice. I think the prize is Zombies Ate My Neighbors. Been after it for a while since it sounds like such a strange game...and I love Zombie anything lol.

Make sure you give your pics really unique names.   Pretty sure the issue stems from there being a duplicate named picture anywhere on NA.
