Hello to all my fellow game collectors!
I've run across NintendoAge many times in my Googles but I'm finally getting around to making an account! I've been gaming for more than 20 years now and finally have a career that pays well enough to fund my game collecting, yay! I've currently got a decent-sized collection, around 250 (give or take 10), spanning from NES to Xbox One. I've recently started finding boxes and manuals for my loose carts, and have had my eyes out for GBA boxes I need.
Today I ran across an eBay auction from a Canadian for a set of 5 empty Gen3 Pokemon boxes, with the seller telling me he would throw in the matching manuals (currently in another auction) for free. So far it looks to be a good deal, but I can't seem to find any hard data on whether they are genuine or reproductions... the seller claims he purchased them in a garage sale. Could I trouble a few people to help me out? The FireRed, Ruby, and Emerald boxes look like they could be genuine, but I haven't been able to find one way or another if Sapphire or Leaf Green had foil-art boxes (which I think I see in the pictures posted).
