How colossally stupid, to even ask! A money order is the only "cash equivalent" that an intelligent person would offer, if you don't accept Paypal/Google Checkout.

If people in the past have been willing to MAIL cash to you, then you have managed to deal with a steady crew of mouth-breathers.

If you hope to sell something over $20, you should probably get real, and look into Paypal or a competitor.
