And while they're are playing they talk about turtles 2 and 3 for the nes.
Guess what? they compared the tmnt 2 nes version with the arcade version.
I'm so sick and tired about this!
People always talk shit about the nes version.
It doesn't look as good as the arade version.Like seriously??
I played the arcade and the nes version back in the day.
And i think the nes port was great!
It doesn't look as good as the arcade. My god people the nes is not a neo geo aes.
The nes version even has extra levels.(but no 4 players)
The programmers did the best the could with 8 bits.
Give the game some credit.so now i can play tmnt 3

It's definitely not THAT bad, but I for one was still disappointed in TMNT 2. Not so much for the reasons others complain about. I was just expecting a little bit more faithful translation of the arcade game.
For example, one of my favorite scenes from the arcade game was when you're just about to rescue April and you have to fight Rocksteady and Bebop at the same time. They replaced that battle with Baxter the Fly. Not only was he a letdown, but he was also a pushover.
Then they changed some of the BGM music. My favorite track from the arcade was during the skateboard level, but they didn't use the same tune on the NES.
I also didn't like how they made every level longer. Things like this make the game kinda drag on, particularly near the end of the game. I would have preferred a few more new levels instead of what they did, but oh well. (To be fair, TMNT 3 drags on near the end as well [*cough* rooftop] I don't like it in that game either.)
TMNT 2 is still a very good rendition of the arcade. I just don't like it as much as I wish I did.
