I am using a Powerpak to try and upload scores. The only game I can get to work is Mike Tyson's Punchout. Every other game I try I get cart changed or not in database. I know the games I am trying are in the database and I am going back to the AVS menu before actually playing the game.
Could the roms be "bad"?

Yes, there is clearly a ROM checksum problem. I'd check to see if you can find another version of the game you're trying online (assuming you legally own the game, obviously) and see if the problem persists.

Game changed error means you did not exit out to AVS menu after loading the game on to your PowerPak. Before you play its always best to "view high scores", if that does not work then your score upload will not work.

Not in database means....its not in database. Your ROM is bad/wrong or maybe its a different version that is not in the database yet. It would help a lot to know specifically what games you are having that issue with.

Batman, Toobin', Gun Nac.... The list goes on. I was just trying out the games  that people have already posted scores on. I did get a few more to work so I'm guessing bad roms.

Oh my heavens! Let's remove that rust baby! The natural way!

Here's 5 natural ways of doing it.

1, Use White Vinegar

Undiluted vinegar can be used to remove rust from metal surfaces. It reacts with the rust and helps dissolve it off from the metal. Soak the rusty metal objects in vinegar for about 24 hours, and then simply wipe away the surface rust using a rag. This method is very useful for removing rust from nails, nuts and bolts. If the object is too large, simply pour some vinegar on the rusted surface, and wipe with a rag after a few hours.

2, Use Salt And Lemon Juice

Salt has an abrasive action and the acidic properties of lemon juice work as an effective rust remover. Prepare a paste of lemon juice and salt. Apply this mixture over the rusted surfaces and scrub it off after a couple of hours. This method is especially very effective in removing rust stains from old porcelain bathtubs. It can be used to remove rust from kitchen cutlery, toys, etc. as well

3, Use Baking Soda

Baking soda is easily available in every household and can be used to remove rust effectively. Simply mix some baking soda with water to prepare a thick paste. Spread this paste on the rusted metal surfaces, and scrub it off after some time. Apply more paste if it gets too dry, otherwise you may cause scratches on the surface. This is the best natural way to remove rust from car trims, garden tools, patio furniture, and any other metal surfaces.

4, "THIS ONE IS MY FAVORITE Hmmhmhmhm" Use A Potato

Using a potato is another very effective natural way to remove rust. Potatoes contain oxalic acid that helps dissolve rust. The abrasive action of salt also helps remove rust. Cut a potato in half and spread some salt on the cut surface. Scrub it firmly over the rusted surface, adding more salt occasionally, till the rust is removed. Rinse the object thoroughly and then wipe it dry. You can also substitute salt with baking soda.

5, Use Molasses

Black strap molasses are very effective in removing stubborn rust from metal surfaces. They contain concentrated amounts of many minerals, which create a chelating process that helps remove rust naturally.
