Anyone else here love kitties as much as I do? You know, man's REAL best friend? ;) Remember, a cat's place is in the home; it's only the human's place to go out into the world.

Anyone get any kitties for Christmas this year? Especially if presented in a really cute way like that very unladylike foul mouth a bit up this topic (I reposted it here for convience) who found her kitty in a whittle stocking! ^^  Apart from this being a bit NSFW this has got to be the best...way...to...give...kitty...surprise...ever

I mean, c'mon finding a kitty in your stocking has got to be better than getting all three 8 1/2 gen video game consoles (Switch/PS4 Pro/Xbox One S) put together, right?

Well I am a little sad, Richard (my cat) had a miss tonight. I always settle down in the evenings, and as some folks here know, Taiwan is a great habitat for cockroaches. So dubbed "Cockroach Killer" by me, Richard typically cleans things out at my apartment every night. Usually I don't see the battles, though once in awhile (as yesterday) I get to watch them play out. Once he even brought the spoils of war and dropped it next to me in bed, before heading to sleep...definitely not something I was happy about, haha

Tonight he found one as well, but it got away while Richard was playing with it. I feel so sad, it was the first miss I ever saw from him.

I rescued a very small kitten last November in Japan. It was the morning after we had a big wind storm, and I was standing in my bathroom when I heard a very small meow all the way down on the street below. I put my jacket on, went outside, and found a completely drenched 4 week old kitten on the street. I took my jacket off and knelt down and she came right over, so I scooped her up in my jacket and immediately brought her inside to try and get this cat warm. Pets are not allowed in my apartment, but I am not a person who can just leave a helpless animal to die, of course. We took care of her across one very stressful week, and she was the most well behaved kitten I've ever met. Eventually we were able to find a forever home for her, and she has since grown into quite a great, healthy cat.

Awww, he's a beautiful golden blonde just like my best friend Jamiee!  Hee hee, CUP CHECK!!

But seriously, he must've had the leash on too tight or something.  Bottom line is, with cats you have to earn their respect/trust/love.  Maybe the guy in the video had too much dog smell on him or something? *shrugs*

I'm not entirely sure if cats do that as a gift of appreciation for their human staff (remember cats don't have owners, silly dogs have owners)...or if kitty is sharing their hunted food as a way of telling you that you suck as a mouse/bird hunter

Oh yeah and just a few days ago (July 14) Jamiee, my best friend, my bestest pal and my bestest little buddy in the whole world just turned six human years old (born 7/14/2012...shares my late MIL's birthday and matches Babe Ruth's career HR's)...or 40 in cat years

This latest Simon's Cat is among their best ever!

KITTEN TRANSLATION: The vet did that, you know, snip snip? (Simon's Cat gets horrified). See our human was watching some game show and this Bob...Barker guy said something about have your pets spayed or neutered, so I guess that's just what they did to me. (Simon's Cat faints) And I was just about to tell him they did that to him also... *shrugs*

Check out the latest Simon's Cat

0:29: Cat: You just said to move...you didn't say how!

In all seriousness though if you're moving boxes and such like that up and down stairs you should have your cats closed up in your bathroom or something...for BOTH their safety and yours!
