Mine was "Ebay, don't miss out on new games" and they showed a picture of a Mega Man 9 Press Kit that I viewed last week. Damn you cookies!
A friend on Facebook mentioned that he was enjoying his "Anova" and I didn't know what that was, so I did a search on Google, and turns out it's a Sous Vide cooker. Now, all of my ads are for Anova Sous Vide cookers. I'm nowhere near interested in picking one up, so they're barking up the wrong tree.
That's funny. I've gotten this bad on Amazon over the years, especially if I search for a gift for someone that isn't related at all to something I would buy. Sometimes I get relevant stuff too. However, I'm logged in and part of their system in that case.
I keep a pretty low profile for generic online ads and always turn off settings whenever possible on sites, like Google search. Hence, they are probably going blind or pretty close to it with the ads on this site.
My latest hilarious one is some kind of Anime girl game that says something like "master, don't let them know you're playing." I also saw a Chevy truck ad. They seem to be arbitrarily cycling with huge conceptual leaps in between.
