I search on the web and I didn´t find any info...

I have two copies of Oracle of seasons one box is metallic and the other no... Any info about it? Both are US releases, is the first print metallic and the second non metallic box?

The foil cover one is the first print release. The other is second print.

Huh, so apparently I own a first print Seasons and a re-release Ages. I also thought the blue one just used a different type of gold paint. Is there a value difference between the two versions?

If you note it some people will actually pay more. Not much though. Maybe $5 - $10 more than the second print. 

I bought both last year for about the same price (~$32), but in the end I sold the re-print. The foil version print is too dark IMO, but its shininess even things out.
