Those are 100% fake. No questions. When you see "Item Location: Hong Kong" it's a 99.99% chance it's a fake. Just google image search pokemon boxes and you will see tha many problems with the ones in that auction. There's probably more fakes than real carts on ebay for Pokemon advance games.

Not sure if this is the right place to be posting this, but this asshole needs to be reported. Hes reselling a CIB repro of Bound High on Virtual Boy, it's one of the ones that was sold here and on planetVB not to long ago. Not only that hes advertising it as a prototype, and is asking $999 or best offer on it. Heres the link http://www.ebay.com/itm/Virtual-B...

Description says bubble bobble 2 included. it's not. it's the original bubble bobble.

That may just be a simple mistake. Have you tried to contact the seller? If it was just a typo I am sure they will fix it if you point it out. If you don't get a response it may be intentional though.

Also worth mentioning, the seller claims that one week prior to the listing he had a yeard sale. That would be around Dec 20th.
Here is the weather report for Milwaukee, Wisconsin on Dec 20th. Average temp was around 37°F. Yard sale my ass! The truth is in the details

On another note, as a box maker, I am furious with these guys trying to rip people off. Selling boxes slightly helps the wallet, but I'm not going to quit my day job. This is a hobby I enjoy, and more often than not the money I make off you wonderful folks goes right back into the community to fund my collection. Even though I'm sad that this thread is needed, it is a great idea, the more informed we are the better.

Most of you who have worked with me know that I am 100% honest and fair and I always try to do the right thing. While I probably don't need to say this, I feel its important that I do. NA, you have my word, that I would never create, produce, or sell any type of box that could possibly be mistaken for the real thing. I've had dozens of emails, both on NA and through my website asking me to make DK Jr Math, SE, Little Samson, and other big ticket boxes. Of course, I said no. My loyalty is and always will be to this community.

Guys there has been a few sellers buying repros from me to resell for profit.

Now, i have no problem if the want to resell, but some of them are selling without saying it is a reproduction

Here are a few

http://www.ebay.com/itm/Secret-of...

http://www.ebay.com/itm/SNES-Secr...

This doe not say anything about reproduction:

http://www.ebay.com/itm/Secret-Of...

http://www.ebay.com/itm/TERRANIGM...

http://www.ebay.com/itm/Terranigm...

Like i said, i have no problem on reselling, i even have wholesale prices for people that have stores and want a cool product to sell, but i dont like when they only describe the item as RARE, feels like they want to scam the buyer.

I bought a Final Fight 3 from that asshole, and it was all markered up. I guess I should open it up too and see if it's a pirate on top of that. Was going to return it until I discovered how much shipping to mexico was, and it just wasn't worth it.

OVERPRICED RESEALS!!! Both by the same seller. I believe they are from a batch of nasty, convincing reseals that turned up a few years back including Kid Icarus and a bunch of other black box games.

I understand why a seller would not do this. Sellers can have an auction pulled by ebay for saying it is a reproduction. If you think about it these are not reproductions. These games were never produced. These are what I would call fantasy carts.
