Just curious if I can go - does this end with 1 five min extension until 5:05 or an extra five min for every bid?

Right.. so if the auction ends at 5, and someone bids in the last five minutes then it extends til 5:05.

I am asking if the real thing here is that there is a five minute extension made for every bid that take place after 4:55

Someone bids at 4:59, makes new deadline 5:05. Someone bids at 5:04, makes new deadline 5:10. Repeat until no bids in the last 5 mins. Sniping will not work!
