I have ALWAYS played this game as Canada against the US. I am having such a hard time with it because I keep mixing up which team I am!

You have a pretty healthy lead there.  I don't think I'd stop you from getting it by beating you this week.
 

The sports genre leaderboard hasn't been corrected yet and still has me with an extra point, so it's not as healthy as it looks. I was going to try and play some more today, but my NES is glitching up on me. I tried cleaning it without any luck, so I may have to dig the AV top loader out of the closet before the end of the week.

 

Ah geez.  You'll be fine unless you totally suck at Track & Field...
 

It's possible since I haven't played Track & Field since I was a kid. That contest isn't for 7 more weeks, so I'll probably find some time to practice between now and then.

Hello all, I'm brand new to nintendo age and this is my first contest post.  Just wanted to say hello to everyone...Hi!!!!  I don't think I'm going to beat 55, but the all fat guy team was fun!

Yeah, it's some kind of google/gmail thing.  Probably works fine for Skratlat, but needs to be set to "public" or something.  Don't know.

 

I'd better step it up before you catch me! This is starting to get like the Mike Tyson contest. If I don't have at least 20 goals by the end of the first period, I just hit the reset button and start over. I managed to get a few games in last night and the best score I got was 51. I hope I can pass my old score this week, but I'm going in the wrong direction.

I just noticed that I seem to be the only one with a medium guy in the lineup. I'd imagine that a team of all big guys would be pretty slow.
 

When I looked at it before on my phone, it was showing up as a broken image icon with "displaying IMG_0212.JPG" after it. On my laptop I can right click it, but the link just takes me to the Google login screen, so maybe the link is bad.

Believe me if I would've beaten your Tyson time, I'd be balls deep in Ice Hockey right now.

I've been giving it a Tyson level effort, but I still haven't been able to break 60 yet. The last time I was on pace to do it, the computer got the puck and decided to play keep away with it, running over a minute off the clock and totally blowing my chances. I'll try some more today and hopefully tomorrow, but the frustration is definitely starting to set in.

 

The fat guys can move pretty good if you keep pounding the a button.

I like having a medium guy to help run down the puck if it gets loose since the computer can waste a bunch of time if they get ahold of it. They're also fairly good shooters if they have to take the shot compared to the skinny guys.
