1) Backed!
2) Love the trailer, Alonnika is hilarious
3) Awkward rural swenglish sounds like something that must be heard, so maybe bring that out for a trailer to the campaign for a future game as you build the Frankengraphics Kickstarter Cinematic Universe

Congratulations on the launch-- looks like it's going well so far! Very deserved, trailer is well paced and produced, and shows lots of distinctly patterned obstacles and detailed environments. Scale at 256 screens sounds huge as well. It might not sound like a lot to some, but then think about Castlevania having 100 screens or so, and it looks like there's quite a bit more going on in this game per screen than in Castlevania. Looks like quite a bit of depth.

I now have a major reason to try and make it to the Portland Expo this week.

Thanks! The length of castlevania levels is something i often come back to thinking about for some reason. We went with a very different level design approach, evidently, but something can be said about their way of condensing a string of interesting and qualitative challenges that riff off each other and build up in a short span.

Hard mode doesn't just change some platforms and enemies around here and there. Sometimes it'll have you take wholly different turns and paths, and the boss fights offer a decent amount of remix, usually involving a different best strategy to beat it.

Thanks everybody!!

While the game is practically shippable already, a few well balanced stretch goals are coming soon. Hope you'll like them.
