Wish I would have realized these normally go on for days, not hours. :\

Congrats on the turnout, however!

Wow, we got some amazing bids. Has any LE Homebrew ever sold for this much out the gate? Beautiful product, well deserved!

If I were to place a bid it would be by far the lowest bid so far, so I will just wait for the game to [hopefully] go on sale in the very near future.

Thank you, Mario! But our Princess is in another castle!

This is a never ending auction , I guess some people are allowed to stop this when ever they want? It's a big money pool to be honest. I honestly can't believe this is allowed. But what ever to each his own , if you guys want a study hall package just go to wWal Mart and build your own.

Think of it as a "for offer" thread where all offers are public. At any point khan will accept the offers. If it was never ending he would never get paid!

Really? Don't you have a console to make or something? I think this thread is bullshit but all you high ups might agree with each other for some odd reason. No worries Wally world is right around the corner.

If you don't want it..don't bid.  That simple.  jezus ..the guy coded a new game.  Most of these guys are just bidding to support the homebrew community.   That's why I put in a bid.  yea..thanx for the new game..and go out to dinner with the wife a few times on me.

Only KHAN the topic starter decides when to end the auction, not "some people". No one who is bidding knows when it will end. I don't understand your objection.

Seriously Mack702, go fuck yourself elsewhere, I can't believe how insulting your input is for the creator of this video game. Your attitude is as lame as it can get.

I mean, Mack does kind of have a point here. I was reading through the auction rules and thinking to myself this would never be allowed any other day of the week. If anyone else tried to pull a stunt like this, it would be highly critized. Just saying

What point is that? That its good form to advise people to go make copies of a homebrew that a member put a lot of time and hard work into?

Any other day of the week? Is that some sort of expression? This "stunt" has an established precedence set for homebrew releases. If people were to heavily criticize it they would be doing so against specific direction to cut the crap, much as you are doing.

Next person to post off topic in here will have their post deleted and account suspended. If you have an issue with the terms of this auction send me a pm.

I'm mostly confused as to why this has gotten so much negativity since this auction type has been used a few times, two of which I list in the auction description.

I appreciate everyone giving their opinions though. Even the negative ones. The great thing is, the game will be available for around $35 for those of you that just want to play the game. These copies are just available for those people who want a little more as a collector's item. At no point did I ever designate any set amount that I expected these to get. The people that want the game are setting the price.

As for the auction lasting "forever", it's only been three days... How long does an eBay auction last?

I'd love for people to talk to me directly if they have better ideas about how I should do things. Thanks again for taking the time to post!

It's not about being negative , it's about the rules. I think you need an end time and a price you can't just magically wait for a million bucks.

The winners here will be paying a pretty good premium. I would totally understand if they get a chance to play the game and enjoy it before the regular release. I just don't want the regular release to be sold out before I know it's been released

I wish I could give you an exact date. I need to talk it over with bunnyboy some more, but he needs a little time to get the labels professionally printed, and he wants to build up a backstock so that they don't get sold out immediately!

Probably somewhere between two and three weeks, but after I have a definite date I will absolutely tell you all!

I really appreciate everyone being so excited to play this. I consider this game my baby.
