Thanks for the interview, it was really cool. Matt said he got the inspiration from Dream Theatre so he figured you'd dig it.

OMG, you're right! That's a take on John Petrucci's original Ibanez guitar from the 90s. So damn cool!

Whenever I see that guitar I immediately think of the instructional video he put out in the early 90's. I believe that was the only guitar he used on it. Petrucci is so technical and has a great amount of control. He showed a technique for speed picking so he went along with a metronome and the incline to shred-land was flawless.
