This may be a stupid question, but how does a transaction go from pending to complete? I have a couple of transactions that say complete when I click on them but they still say pending. Does this just change automatically or is there something I do to change them to completed? thanks!

Just means that you and the seller/buyer have come to agreement. They are 100% complete when feedback is left.
