Title sums pretty much my goal. Only thing I'm a huge noob for what come to emulator and games on computer. I thought about buying the game(s), but I really want to play it NOW and want to see if I really like it before buying. That said, what would be the easiest way to play those games (Btw I can't find these on steam/app store etc (Except monkey island))

Let me know your thoughts or way to play old school PC games!
Thanks in advance!

Sam & Max hit the road, and Simon the Sorcerer 1 and 2 are on GOG.com

If you have any GBA signage or kiosk I would be interested. Please send me a PM because I'm only here about once a month now but I'm still VERY interested in large system signage or small playable kiosks related to the GBA.

GOG.com is your best bet.

GOG also has King's Quest, Space Quest, and a few other Sierra titles. Funny that you should mention this, as today will mark my own foray into the genre. Well, other than Larry! Speaking of which, you can get Larry for the NES from RetroUSB (once it is back in stock again).

ScummVM is the easiest way to play, you can even use original copies if you're so inclined. Usually all the important game files are in the Monster.sou file.

If you are buying with the intent of directly playing the original games, you probably don't want to. The vast majority of the internet doesn't own a computer old enough to run them and you are probably the same (a Pentium 4 or older machine is plenty, use Win98SE).

Like everybody else I'd say go with scummvm. Easy to set up and get running.

Hey thanks guys! I got Day of the Tentacle on scummvm and it's working perfectly. I ended watching the walkthrough on Youtube, I was so bad at finding what I had to do. The game and humour is amazing. I also started watching Full Throttle. Damn it's like a movie, this is soooo goood. Thanks everyone for all the suggestions and have a merry christmas!
