so I got this from my friend who didnt know much about this besides that he got it many years ago being told it was a prototype. it says it's super baseball simulator. All I know is he says he was told that it has some differences with teams. Anyone have any info on what to look for with it or what I really have?

you can compare it to a retail version of the game,

the lock out chip says D411 so its a NTSC/JAP

Yep, it says it is Super Ultra Baseball in Japanese (the Japanese title of Super Baseball Simulator). From the label on the chip (SHVC-UB), I wouldn't be surprised if it just has the Japanese version of the game on it. No doubt it is authentic, but considering that it is a sports game, it probably won't get big bucks.

Maybe not big bucks, but I sold my Super Play Action Football proto for about $60 so it's way more than normal at least.

I'm way more interested in just keeping it for the sake of having a prototype then selling it!

I'll try to test it out and compare it to the english and japanese version

+1 It's pretty cool to have something like that in your collection!
