I was very surprised when a fellow gamer told me that they could not order the AVS because there is no Mexico in the shipping options... I bet our postal service is not worse than Venezuela's (I have heard terrible things about shipping there), and they do get to be on the list! booo...

Send an email to support. They'll either fix it or tell you the reason why they can't.

Wasn't a shipping problem, it was credit card fraud. Only a few percent of the orders were legit with no good way to verify them without waiting a month to see if the real owner would complain.

Damn, that is awful. Actually something similar happened at Ultimarc... they offered me the option to do cash transfer if I really wanted to buy at them. At the end they restablished shipping to Mexico. It is understandable, though sad for us mexicans.

Maybe a good way to verify is to ask a scanned copy of State ID with the order...
