What game was it?

I'm sorry, I don't understand. It says Port Test Cartridge and I believe it makes sure the controllers are working.

The Port Test Cartridge was designed to work with the Port Test Fixture aka the Double Controller Test Jig. It runs a similar diagnostic check to the Control Deck and Joystick test carts. Does it give you an error if you run it without two controllers plugged in?

I have a Burn-In Test cart for the SNES, top says Controller/Super Scope/Mouse... it is REV-D. And a Lock-In style cart no ramp.

Thanks for the info! Yep, with no controllers plugged in I get:

NES CONTROLL DECK TEST

CHARACTOR OK

VIDEO RAM OK

INPUT PORT ERROR
00 00 00 00

Mine is not the most exciting test cart, but I like it!

Haha. Hopefully that means you both got what you considered to be a great deal!

l like to think it was def a win/win for both of us. The controller jig is a conversation piece for anyone that see's it. Then when I explain what it is pure confusion.

nes test cart
I think it would be nice to see pix from this point on in order to be added to the list, just like with the award icons. 100% legit proof, and 100% eye candy.
