Yea, on the deluxe edition. Looks better than the bare board... If it weren't back ordered and I wasn't trying to do Group Purchase. lol

Yeah honestly I think the prices there are outragous and would never pay them un;ess you could get a hell of a bulk deal (Except the labels, which i ahte how they say SAG on them). I mean the Deluxe verisons are cool but your paying $60 extra most of the time for a case and insert.

That is EXACTLY why I'm trying to get a Group Purchase going with NA Members and Retrogate.
The stickers are so gaudy with the huge SAG Logo on them. I feel like if you're the type of person who will spend the ludacris price at SAG then you dont need your overpriced flash cart to advertise them more.

Haha right.

I found a 3d printed shell for the tg16 ever drive.

I meant to add that. On the other PCEFX Forums, someone posted this for TG-16 everdrive shells:

"Classic Style" http://shpws.me/q6MW...
"Super Low Profile Style" http://shpws.me/q6MX...

They are a bit pricey though.

Put me down for:
Everdrive N8 NES
Turbo Everdrive

I may be interested in a SD2SNES as well, but I;ll have to check back and see.

Got ya added to nes and tg16. I hope we can round up enough people for sd2snes. I find the super ever drive to be a vastly inferior project despite the price difference.

Well, $15/$20 isn't that bad considering its 3D printed. These aren't cast&mold. If they were he would have to sell thousands upon thousands to break even on the mold.

If you can give me two or three weeks I'd be in for a SD2SNES also.

I won't add you to the list until you are able to pay. I have a feeling it will take a bit of time to get 10 people to want the sd2snes because of the price. Be sure to post on this thread when you are ready to be added to the lkst

Gents,

Make sure you are doing your homework on the SD2SNES.  It does NOT support the SA-1 or SuperFX chips.  That's most of all the really good titles that required chip enhancement.  The only games worth a damn the DSP-1 added were Pilot Wings and Mario Kart and the Super Everdrive has the socket to add a DSP-1 if you really want it.  The DSP-2, 3, 4, ST-010, and S-RTC only supported 1 game each (and they arent particularly good ones).  To me, all the SD2SNES really gives you is the CX4 chip which supports MegaMan X2 and X3 which are awesome titles, but not worth the extra almost $100 (IMO).

And dont believe the hype about future firmware upgrades.  I've been following this thing for almost a year and havent seen any yet.  I wonder if the developer finally gave up or just lost interest.  You can read more about the compatibility issues here:

That is some good points. That is why I have both sd2snes & super ever drive wait lists available. Im personally on the sd2snes camp because he has done work on making superfx compatible. He has rewritten his code multiple times trying to add it.

Where as the super ever drive can only gain dsp1 functionality through canabalizing another cart. It doesn't support sa1, sfx, xs4, msi and a few others. And it never will be able to. There is a chance sd2snes can.

Added. At this rate on a Nintendo forum we are going to have a Turbo product be our first group purchase. Honestly I'm surprised!

I'm more concerned about MSU1 compatibility, which only SD2SNES currently has.

Put me down for an N8 NES. I want one eventually, I guess this would be the best way. Cool idea!

No orders have been placed yet. None of a single flash cart have hit 10 to constitute an order yet. Which ones do you want to be added onto the list for?

You're added for both. Do you need the n64 cic installed also? Or are you able to do that on you're own?

I can do that myself.  I planned on picking up one of the various black cartridge games for my everdrive.  and i figure i'll just salvage it at the same time.
