Agreed. When I left progressive, I told them the only way I'd pay their outrageous prices was if I could speak to her personally (knowing that would never happen )
However, Flo's character gets better and better with each new commercial.

She's great if you're like me and don't have cable and don't actually watch TV except for rare instances when you're at someone else's house and bored
