ARE YOU SURE? To be fair, the all caps thing applies more to handwriting. For example, I have pretty bad handwritting, when I write notes at work that other people might read, they are in all caps becuase it is easier to read in terms of my scribble.

All caps is like shouting so not polite. Bold is polite because easier on the eyes without shouting.
