Basically by mastering the spin kick and uppercut. If you can master both of those, you can earn points really fast.

Wow, I actually came pretty close to beating the Twin Galaxies high score for this game. When I beat the Shadow Boss, I had a little over 150,000 points. Too bad I didn't record my game. My final score was good enough for 2nd place. I really need to take a shot at the Twin Galaxies record.

to reach that score, I tried to juice the most of enemies. for example, most enemies after the first level endure 1 spin kick, plus a barrage of punches ended with a spin kick; stronger enemies, 2 spin kicks, barrage of punches ended with spin kick. For the mid bosses (Abobo, Swarchzeneger clone and the guy with the helmet), i did two back kicks plus spin kick. Spin kick, uppercut and knee are 500 points, but spin kick takes less life from enemies. Barrage of punches or kicks give less points for the same amount of damage than spin kick.

Ah, that's what it is. I have all of the moves down, but that is the one I did the least amount of experimenting with for score. The twin galaxy score should be pretty easy to get close to when you get 4 lifes!

yeah i think that score is really achievable as well with 4 lives. I got 17,000 by the ninja guys at the helicopter. Spin kick and super upper cuts are where all the points are.
