This weekend I'm going to work on Mickey's Speedway USA and other games ;-)

I beaten Ridge Racer 64.
I don't know if can be counted as beaten, in fact after the first credit screen you have to race again the 9 tracks in the reverse mode, plus two cups of one race each one. And after you meet another credit screen.

Two years ago I beaten it 100%. Just let me know if I have to complete the reverse tracks ;-)

Won't have time to work on Mario party 3 tomorrow because I'm selling at a flea market.

Today I beaten the reverse tracks (Extra) and the first Extreme track.

Tomorrow I'll beat the Ridge Racer Extreme Extra (a track were I have a great time - I never seen in all YouTube videos a fastest lap), fot the definitive completion.

Congrats on beating Star Soldier: Vanishing Earth and Ridge Racer 64 ! I've beaten a lot of games this week, but didn't have time to post about it. So, there it is !

Dual Heroes is done. IMHO, it's a terrible game with very clunky gameplay. There aren't many good fighting games on the N64 and Dual Heroes sure is not one of them. Also, the characters are unoriginal (they look like Power Rangers). Don't buy Dual Heroes, except if you're looking for a complete set.

Bad game.







Mario Kart 64 is done. This game, as you all know it, is an absolute classic for the N64 and can easily provide joy inside everybody's heart. The music is very memorable, the characters we love from the Mario series are there and the race tracks are very fun too. Maybe it would have been better with unlockables, with more characters and with no too long tracks like "Wario Stadium", but still, it's a very enjoyable game that I think every N64 gamer will like.

Tony Hawk's Pro Skater is done. It was actually the first time I've played this game in my entire life. At first, I thought the controls were kind of strange, but I got used to them pretty fastly and it didn't cause me too much trouble. It's not the best game graphically talking, but it's very fun and the maps are actually very cool. I recognized many maps in the game since I've played a lot of the Gamecube era Tony Hawk games. The soundtrack is nice too.

Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 2 is completed. This game is just amazing. I had a lot of fun playing this game while listening to the "Rubber Soul" album by The Beatles. The maps are very nice and the goals are all very fun. THPS 2 fixed a lot of the little problems that were present in the first game and I think it's still one of the very best Tony Hawk games. I had a very pleasant experience with it.

Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 3 is beaten. I play this one since I'm very young. I've always liked the levels in THPS 3. I think they are original and memorable. Also, the soundtrack is just fantastic and I discovered a lot of good bands because of this game back then (Ramones, Motörhead, etc.). The gameplay is very much improved compared to the two other games in my opinion and for me, it is the best in this great N64 trilogy.

Twisted Edge Extreme Snowboarding is done too. It's a good snowboarding game although it doesn't stand very tall compared to 1080° Snowboarding. There are a few characters with different snowboards, which is something I appreciated. The tracks were OK, but they looked pretty dull. Anyway, it's a cool game and I'd recommend it if you can find it for not too much.

Beaten the whole Grand Prix mode in Ridge Racer 64.
I also unlocked Lizard Nightmare (a very hard task).



Now I think about the next game. I still have to finish Mickey's Speedway USA too.

Last update about RR64.

I just unlocked the hardest car of the game. I would say that this game is even more difficult than F-Zero GX if you want to achieve the 100%.
Ridge Racer Type 4 is a piece ot cake compared to this.
I don't know why even with Wipeout 64 they made a more difficult game than its PS counterpart.

I know that with Atomic Purple is possible to set 23''780, but I never tried.

Hello Everyone. I beat over 30 new N64 games last year including Mischief Makers with all S ranks, unlocking the Joker in Fighter's Destiny, Starshot Space Circus, amoungst other things. I play alot of N64 over on N64Forever and my good friend Italia64 has enlisted me to help out here as well. I have completed 11 n64 games this year already (though some were japanese and european), including games like Golden Nugget where i earned $1,000,000, and Powerfuff Girls and Transformers Beast Wars, all of which you have all surprisingly already conquered. Impressed you already got those out of the way early. There are some new ones though that i will submit now. Just know I will not be actively trying to help you all out as i am not a regular user of this forum and i dont feel like obligating myself to play certain games, but if i do beat one on the list i will most definatly post it here.

Here my last update about Ridge Racer 64, the game is now 100% completed for what concerns the single player. It misses only one car unlockable in multiplayer.

I've playing some harvest moon 64. Been ages since I played it.

Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six is done! Really great tactical shooter. Kind of just rehashing what I said last year, but the fact that Rainbow Six and Tom Clancy games are still being made is a testament to just how fun this one is. Easy to find for under $10, if you're into shooters I think this is a great addition to your collection.

In other news, I'm very close to finishing PGA European Tour. Should have that one done soon!

Wheel of Fortune is finished! Forgot about this one and realized that it would be a pretty quick one to polish off. Although I'm not a stickler for graphics by any means (hence why I'm playing games on a 20+ year old console), the game looks pretty atrocious. Vanna White and the players look like cardboard cutouts. That being said, the gameplay is good enough, and the puzzles are pretty varied and fun. I played a full-length game on Normal difficulty. Overall a good game, although considering how many consoles WoF has been ported to, I don't think the N64 version would be my first choice.

Glad I got a hard one out the way mpacz99. I've done my part because Nuclear Strike is kinda tedious and a bit difficult if you don't know the "advanced tricks"

I beat Rayman 2 for the first time tonight. It wasn't as fun for me as people make it out to be but then again I'm a Rocket Robot on Wheels Fanboy so what do I know. It's just linear and a little slow for my liking. Still a good game though just not one I'm gonna revisit anytime soon.



The credits shout out to the Tonic Trouble team which is another game I'll get around to eventually. It's probably the only 3D platformer on the system that I haven't played yet.
