My Zelda test cart is actually my favorite piece of my entire collection. I love that it is defintely rare but also a game that is top rated among collectors and gamers. I have the same nostalgia and love of it like everyone else. Just stands out among the rest as something that I had to own.

How many screws does your zelda test cart have?

And that 2nd pic is why I ask about the screws.
Been trying to find others with 5, I've only seen 3's

Here is mine. It's an odd peice. It is not an NTF2. It is a Deck Test Cart... but it is grey. It is part #21186 and is dated from the year 1996 on the back sticker. SUPER LATE in the NES life cycle. I imagine it just wasn't cost effective to make fancy yellow carts by 1996 so they repurposed old grey games to make these test carts and slapped a sticker on them. It functions just the same as the yellow ones.

I actually think it is really cool that you have that sticker. I haven't seen it before on one of these and it helps to add information about them.

No wonder many didn't survive. It is a super fragile sticker with no film over it. I really try not to handle my cart because of that sticker. I've never seen one like mine either... with the 1996 date I am thinking it is a franken-cart that got slapped together by nintendo on the cheap.

Thanks, the label has some scratches in it especially the Nintendo on the front. Bought this years ago. No sticker on mine unfortunately. The sticker on yours is really cool!
