Good grief... you guys are ridiculous. I can't even beat this game, never mind try to get a score that would come close Kudos for kicking Vampire ass so well!

Will just have to do it again another time when time isn't pressuring me. Glad this game was in the contest again, been waiting for it.

Do it up when you have a good day.... you've got the score in you. Might not win the contest but you'll deserve and earn the credit either way.

Well, I thought I could get 1,300,000+ by racking my life to death on the red skulls, but sounds like I got a little short here for the win. Congrats to MrMiniMog!

Special thanks to Megan for uploading her video. Otherwise, I would have missed one trick to boost my score.

I feel your pain, I got home late tonight with enough time for 1 run. Was doing better then before, and then I picked up a watch by mistake and then fell in the water in 4 again cause I was so pissed from getting the watch! For some reason I had a hard time passing 4 this week. I died there 5 run in a row last night, boy did I get mad.

Damn dude, that was close! There's one more point racking spot in the last stage that you can get about 250,000. I think I might be able to loop the score twice on 1 life,  but there is a big danger of making the game crash while racking on the last level.

This was the most I was able to finish the first stage with. Unfortunately I died in the crusher on stage 2 in this run....

Talk about pushing for time. I was trying to finish this second run but I noticed it was already about be 10pm here on NA. On my first run I did really bad. My second run I looked up 09's contest scores and Megan's little walkthrough helped me a little.

Yeah, damn crushers! My best run after the first stage was 237,000, and strangely, I screwed it too by getting smashed by the crusher (Very stupid).

Would you care telling what was your racking spot in last stage, and how it could crash the game? I'm sort of curious.

For myself, I always had difficulties beating the reaper in 1 life, so I thought it was better for me to just die while spraying holy water on red skulls. Well, it almost worked out, but you got the best out of me and deserve it all the way, especially seeing that you were at 1 point hit to beat Dracula and earn extra time\heart bonus as well.

edit: After seeing Acomicbook guy score.

Wow! Bumped down to 4th place in a day. Awesome scores guys. I'm glad there was some great competition this year for this game.

Christian, could you retake a picture of your score with your remaining lives displayed? I don't have problem believing your score, but it is the best way to see if you rolled the score, understand dude?

All the reward goes to you for my part. Your tips truly helped me get a much better score. I topped you in the week, but I know you rock this game much better than me in general. God, I have some much trouble beating the damn reaper in one life.

Thank you. I had some competition this week, and even though disappointed in myself for not pulling through with a better score, I am happy with my choice in the hints I gave and for uploading those vids. I had thought about keeping it all to myself til the contest was over, but then thought, what fun would that be. I figured if it helped someone else top my score, then its that much harder I have to play to better myself at the game. There's still some things that I want to experiment with though, now that the contest is over and I'm not against contest time I don't have to rush and can better find ways to earn even higher scores. Still want to do another whip only run on this one too, not so easy, will have to see how my mood is.

Damn I actually just continued playing right now and I just looped it again. Should I take a picture now or am I too late. I was rushing to get the picture I didn't even realize I covered the lives up.

I agree with guillavoie and Mog.  Show us another picture to confirm you rolled the score.  Like guillavoie, I don't have a problem believing your score, it's just that we need to confirm you rolled the score.

After discussing things with guillavoie, Christian, we are going to allow your score. The only thing that I ask of everyone is that they don't cover up their lives totals on future contests where life totals are shown. Any submissions where life totals are not readable on games that display them along with the score will not be considered.

Sorry man, but unfortunately, your submission was about an hour too late.  NA is in the eastern time zone as a future note to everyone.
